Massage is for everyone.
I view massage therapy as a foundational tool for wellness that I highly encourage people to make as part of their monthly health routine, both for wellness maintenance and life-burnout prevention. Massage has a positive impact on our entire system starting from hydration of the skin, encouraging fresh oxygenated blood to circulate areas of stagnation, and bringing movement to your lymphatic system for overall health. In massage we are working with the soft tissues (aka muscles) and addressing adhesions (aka knots) of the muscle fibers. I implement deep tissue and trigger point therapy to help assist in the release of pain patterns along with facilitated and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) to produce positive effects on your range of motion and muscular function.
Specializing in PRENATAL and POSTPARTUM bodywork, internal (female) pelvic bodywork, chest | breast massage.

These resources are inclusive to session pricing, you will not be charged more for any of these being added to your session.

$225 / 90 minThe postpartum period is a time when the body needs regular tending supported by nourishing practices. Our sessions evolve as the body heals and time passes. We eventually integrate pelvic rebalancing into our work together.
You are welcome to bring your newborn to any and all postpartum bodywork sessions. There will be a variety of soft, safe spaces nearby where your baby can rest and feel your proximity while you receive care. You are also welcome to snuggle your baby and feed your baby during a session. I offer to wear babies that need a bit of rhythm and movement to feel settled. By nurturing both you as parent and child together, we get to reimagine postpartum healing as a shared, integrated experience of rest, restoration, and connection.
** while newborns are always welcome to come to this session, sometimes it can effect the amount of time you enter a deep state of rest.
